     Candis Chain has been a Denver resident since1973 with 24 years experience as a Realtor in the Rocky Region. She prides herself as being able to work with a wide variety of buyers and sellers, both locals and those relocating to the area. She is an expert negotiator who puts the needs of her clients above all else. She stresses honesty and integrity and states, "I am dedicated to improving not only your economic well being but your quality of life."

     Candis specializes in residential re-sale homes and new constructions. She's also a member of the North Metro Board of Realtors and North Metro Chamber of Commerce. Candis is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and has earned an (CRS) Certificate Residential Specialist. She's very active in the community.

     Candis’s primary goal is to help her clients achieve their goals, by being a strong advocate for both sellers and buyers with “ Honest & Fair Business Dealings.”
